City Administrator The office of the City Administrator handles the general business of the city and executes the policies and objectives of the City Council. The City Administrator is directly responsible to the Mayor and City Council. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the city by coordinating all city department activities and functions. City Secretary The office of the City Secretary administers all municipal legislative processes, including scheduling, agenda development, and conforming of all City business. She is responsible for the management of all municipal elections, including runoffs, bond issues, and referendums. She also serves as Public Information Officer and Records Management Officer and is responsible for directing and coordinating all items related to public information and records management.
